This is the same entity named as the contracting party in our Terms of service.

We collect only what you deliberately submit through the enquiry form: your name, contact detail (email or WhatsApp), destination country, optional company name, selected product categories, approximate quantity and your written requirement.

In addition, our server records a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser user agent at the moment of submission. These are used solely to detect duplicate or abusive submissions and are not used for analytics or advertising.

This site sets no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers and no third-party analytics tags. Fonts are self-hosted on our own domain rather than loaded from Google Fonts, so no third party receives your IP address when a page loads. The only value stored in your browser is a local record that you have dismissed the cookie notice, so it does not appear again.

If analytics are added later, this page will be updated before they are enabled, and they will be configured to avoid personal data processing.

Your enquiry is processed to prepare and deliver a sourcing quotation, which is the service you explicitly requested. We rely on legitimate interest and your request as the legal basis for this processing under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).

Your enquiry is delivered to our internal sourcing desk. With your permission we may forward required product specifications to factories in order to obtain a quotation, but we do not disclose your contact details commercially, and we never sell lead data.

This site is hosted outside mainland China on infrastructure we control, and enquiry records are stored on that same server or, when a database is configured, in a database whose region we select. Where an enquiry originates in the EEA or the United Kingdom, that means your data is transferred to a third country; we rely on the necessity of the transfer to perform the contract you requested (GDPR Article 49(1)(b)) and apply the same access controls in every location.

No visitor data is sent to third-party services. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so browsing this site does not disclose your IP address to Google, Meta or any advertising network. Ask us at any time which country currently holds your record and we will tell you.

Enquiries are retained for 24 months so we can reference prior quotations when you return. You may request earlier deletion at any time and we will remove the record and confirm in writing.

You may request access to the data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable format. California residents may additionally request disclosure of categories collected and opt out of any sale - we do not sell personal information.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS only. Access to stored enquiries requires authentication and is limited to the personnel who prepare quotations. Secrets such as API tokens are stored as server-side environment variables and are never exposed to browsers.
