Terms of service
Written so both sides know where they stand before money moves. Read it once, then it mostly stays out of the way.
1. Nature of the service
We act as a sourcing and consolidation agent. We purchase goods on your behalf from third-party manufacturers and are remunerated by a service fee published on this site. We are not the manufacturer of the goods and do not warrant the manufacturer beyond what the manufacturer itself warrants to us.
2. Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself and are subject to factory price movement, exchange rates and freight availability. A quotation becomes binding only once both parties confirm the order in writing.
3. Fees and payment
Our remuneration is the service fee alone, calculated on goods value according to the published schedule (Up to US$5,000: 8%; US$5,001 - 20,000: 5%; US$20,001 - 50,000: 4%; US$50,000+: 3% or negotiable). Sourcing, quoting, sampling and freight comparison are free of charge. Payment terms for each order are agreed in writing before any deposit is due.
4. Inspection and acceptance
Every order is inspected before loading and photo or video evidence is provided. Claims for damage or non-conformity must be raised within seven days of delivery at your port, accompanied by photographic evidence. Remedies are limited to replacement, credit or partial refund of the affected goods.
5. Shipping and import responsibility
We arrange export documentation from the Chinese side, including dangerous goods documentation where applicable. You are the importer of record and are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, product registration and compliance with chemical and labelling regulations in your market.
6. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the service fee received for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, production downtime or customs penalties arising from inaccurate information supplied by you.
7. Confidentiality
Your product specifications, pricing and customer information are treated as confidential and are shared with factories only to the extent required to obtain a quotation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city of the registered entity stated below. Questions about these terms may be sent to whatone911@gmail.com.
